Appreciates stranger’s generosity
To the editor:
Several weeks ago, my grandson Isaac, who is Spanish, and I, Caucasian, went to Perkins. Isaac opened their door for me, and then he held it open for a Spanish gentleman also. We all said hello and then Isaac and I went to our table. We had good meals and then I went up to pay, and the cashier said someone already paid your meals. I asked was it the Spanish man, and she shook her head.
So to him, I’m saying, thank you kindly. You are thoughtful and a true gentleman. May God bless you. Isaac said you are one of the nicest man I’ve ever met.
