Graesch pleads not guilty
WEBSTER CITY – Corbin Graesch, who is facing a first-degree murder charge in connection with the death of his father, has pleaded not guilty to the charge.
Graesch, 27, of Webster City, also demanded a speedy trial in his written plea.
He is accused of getting into an argument with his father, Steven Graesch, 61, on the night of June 7 early into Sunday morning. The younger Graesch allegedly beat his father with his fists and a blunt object, which led to Steven Graesch’s death.
Corbin Graesch is being held in the Hamilton County Jail on $250,000 bond.
