Students to present library program
The Friends of the Fort Dodge Public Library will kick off its annual Tuesday Morning Adventure series at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at the Fort Dodge Public Library. Students from the University of Northern Iowa will present “The Boy Who Harnessed Wind.”
In addition to sharing the story the students will put together a simple wind turbine to demonstrate how it works and assist children in making pinwheels.
The programs for children of all ages and their caregivers are held Tuesdays during June and July at 10 a.m. No registration or tickets are required. The library is located at 424 Central Ave.
