Dilley plea hearing scheduled

Ronald Dilley, 29, the man accused of killing Steven Fisher, of Fort Dodge, last summer, has indicated that he will change his plea at a hearing next week.

Dilley’s hearing is on April 4 at 10:30 a.m.

He is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of Fisher, whose remains were found in an Otho ditch on July 10, 2013.

Dilley had previously pleaded not guilty.

Holly Ekstrom, who has also been charged with first-degree murder in the case, has not scheduled a plea change hearing, according to Judge Kurt Wilke.

The pair had been scheduled to go on trial beginning April 8.
