Stabbing suspect held on bond
Shamar Foy, who is accused of stabbing a man in the Walmart parking lot, made his initial appearance today in Webster County Magistrate court where he was been ordered held on $5,000 bond.
Foy, 25, also had his preliminary hearing scheduled for March 28.
He is facing a charge of willful injury for allegedly stabbing Adam Gilson, 29, in the Walmart parking lot Tuesday afternoon.
Gilson was taken to Trinity Regional Medical Center where he was treated for being stabbed twice in the leg and released.
Foy was arrested moments later in the Hy-Vee parking lot.
