‘Acts of God” to show at Northfield

The movie, “Acts of God,” will be premiering in several locations in the United States the first weekend of March. On Sunday at 6 p.m., Northfield Church, 2933 N. 15th St, will have the premier showing of Acts of God for this region of the county.

The movie addresses one of the greatest human questions of all: suffering. In the movie, a moment of crisis changes everything. One stormy night a sudden, shattering collision takes an innocent life. Now seven people find their paths intertwined by the accident and hard questions reflected in their own lives. Why do such tragedies occur? If God is good, why does He allow so much pain? “Acts of God” addresses this question head on.

“Northfield is excited to be able to invite everyone in the greater Fort Dodge area to attend this unique production. We want to be a church where what you see and hear is just as engaging and relevant to your life as what you watch on television every night.” said the Rev. Dale Harlow, pastor of Northfield.

The community is welcome to attend this premier showing of Acts of God. Admission is free. For more information go to www.northfieldchurch.org or call 576-2096.
