King hearing continued
Tanner King’s hearing on the motion to rescind his guilty pleas has been rescheduled for next week.
King, 23, of Fort Dodge, will argue for his motion in arrest of judgment next Monday, Feb. 24.
The previously scheduled hearing was moved back because King’s attorney, Trevor Hook, was unable to make it to Fort Dodge from Des Moines due to weather.
King is seeking to rescind his guilty pleas to aiding and abetting second-degree arson, second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and possession of a firearm as a felon.
