Clayton convicted of bank robbery

SIOUX CITY – Michael Clayton was convicted Thursday of bank robbery following a federal trial in Sioux City.

Clayton, 44, of Omaha, Neb., was convicted of robbing the CS Bank in Fort Dodge on Feb. 7, 2013. Prosecutors said Clayton stole $11,284 from the bank.

He faces up to 20 years in prison at his sentencing, which has not yet been scheduled.
