Parole violation – Matthew Bradley, 46, 230 Ave. D, transferred to Parole Board.
Theft, fourth-degree – Kalen Kuske Crandall, 25, 813 S. 18th St., preliminary hearing scheduled for Nov. 22.
Operating while intoxicated, second offense – Jamie Brown, 38, Dakota City, preliminary hearing scheduled for Dec. 5.
Stopping or standing where prohibited – Jamie Brown, 38, Dakota City, continued 180 days.
FD man faces multiple charges
Brad Allen Gully, 39, of 912 N. 15th St. was charged with robbery, second-degree and tampering with a witness or juror Saturday.
Webster County Magistrate Steve Kersten set bond for Gully at $12,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing and bond review for Nov. 22.
According to the complaint, Gully is accused of robbing a male victim at gunpoint on Sept. 6 at First Avenue North and North Ninth Street in Fort Dodge. The complaint also alleges that on Sept. 9, Gully then attempted to bribe the victim before making various threats when the victim refused to drop the charges.
Gully is being held in the Webster County Jail.
