FDCSD to honor students, staff Monday

The Fort Dodge Community School District Board of Education will meet at 6 p.m. Monday at the district’s Central Administration Building, 104 S. 17th St.

Students and staff of the month will be recognized, and the board will hear presentations on students services. The board will also approve the fall 2013 Iowa Department of Education School Budget Review Committee application for increasing enrollment, open enrollment out and LEP (limited English proficient) instruction beyond five years.

Doug Van Zyl, FDCSD superintendent, will update the board on district business and communications.
