WC Federal Bancorp announces dividend
WEBSTER CITY – Webster City Federal Bancorp has announced a cash dividend of 5 cents per share for the quarter ended Sept. 30.
The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record as of Nov. 12. The date of payment will be Nov. 26.
WCF Financial, M.H.C., owner of 2,300,000 of the total outstanding shares of 3,038,903 has announced that it will not waive its right to receive the dividend. Accordingly, the dividend will be paid on all 3,038,903 marketable shares outstanding.
Webster City Federal Bancorp reported consolidated net earnings of $272,100 or 6 cents per share for the quarter ended Sept. 30 2013, compared to a negative $125,000 or minus-4 cents per share for the quarter ended Sept. 30, 2012.
Total assets of the company for the quarter ended Sept. 30. were $92,161,300 compared to $92,877,300 for the same period last year.
Stockholder’s equity at Sept. 30. was $14,137,800.
Webster City Federal Bancorp is the holding company for Webster City Federal Savings Bank.
