Heritage Day set in Webster City
WEBSTER CITY – Heritage Day will be Saturday at the Wilson Brewer Park Museums and Visitor Center, at the corner of Superior and Ohio streets.
A flea market/craft show begins at 6:30 a.m. All buildings will be open to visitors at 9 a.m. including the Groves cabin. Pioneer demonstrations will be going on by the cabins; there will be a car/motorcycle show, games and tractors from the Antique Tractor Club. The Hamilton Heritage Hunters Genealogical Society will be in the Depot to help with family research. A re-enactment of the first murder trial in Hamilton County will be at 11 a.m. in front of the courthouse. Magician Larry Dunbar will perform at 1 p.m. Boy Scout Troop 17 will be providing lunch as a fundraiser.
