Lifetree to discuss meth addiction

Practical help in preventing meth use will be offered at Lifetree Cafe at noon and 7 p.m. Tuesday at Cana, 18 S. Third St.

The Lifetree event includes an exclusive film of a woman who lost a son due to methamphetamine use. The film also features a young man who became addicted to meth but found hope and escaped his addiction.

“Meth abuse affects more people than most realize,” said Lifetree Cafe representative Craig Cable. “This Lifetree event offers information, hope, and practical steps in preventing meth use in the community-and our own families.”

Refreshments will be served. For more information call 302-8036.
