Benefit succeeds

To the editor:

Graham Tire’s benefit for Habitat for Humanity was a great success. With your help Graham Tire raised over $5,000. Graham Tire would like to thank the Fort Dodge schools and Corpus Christi Church for the tables and chairs, JRG for the water tank, George Hogan for the use of the tents, Bill Vote for bringing the micro-mini tractor pull contest.

The contestants came from Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kansas, Nebraska and Minnesota. Thanks to Titan Tire for donating two sets of skid loader tires. Thanks to all of the businesses from Branson, Wisconsin Dells, the Black Hills, Kansas City, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa including Fort Dodge that donated items for the silent auction. Thanks to all of the volunteers and board members of Habitat for Humanity that helped. Thanks to the great employees at Graham Tire for all that they did.

Thanks again to all the great people from Fort Dodge and the surrounding areas who came out to support the benefit. Graham Tire has raised over $33,000 in five years hosting benefits for nonprofit organizations in our area. Graham Tire could not accomplish this without your help and support of the local businesses.
