PARKVILLE, Mo. – Betty May Morton passed away at Home in Parkville Missouri on May 31st 2013. She was born on December 18th, 1927 in Fort Dodge Iowa,to the parents of Frank and Dora Harris, and Graduated from Otho High School in 1946. She worked at the Hy Vee Food Store in Fort Dodge and was a member of the Dayton Emanuel Luthren Church. She lived most of her life in Otho and Dayton Iowa, before retirement and moved to Donna Texas. She then moved to Parkville Missouri in 2003. Betty is survived by her Husband of 66 years, Alva Morton Jr, Brother Frank Harris,Livermore Calif. her sons Kent and Wife Loretta of Kansas City, Dana and wife Pam of Rhinelander Wisconson, 7 Grand Children, and 2 Great Grand Children. Services will be held on Saturday June 8, 2013 at Christ Lutheran 6700 NW 72nd st, Platte Woods Missouri. Visitation is at 11:30am, followed by a service at 1:00. She will be buried at a later date at the Otho Cemetary.
