Deputies investigate Graettinger theft

GRAETTINGER – Investigators in Palo Alto County are looking for information on a burglary that was reported Monday morning.

According to a statement from the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office, deputies were called to 302 S. Jackson St. to investigate the incident.

Deputies believe at least one person pushed in a walk-in door and entered the garage. The suspect took a purse with about $100 in cash, credit cards, blank checks and other items from a vehicle that was unlocked.

A Kenwood subwoofer was also stolen from a small shed on the property.

Investigators continue to search for suspects in the burglary.
