Crawford trial moved to October
The attempted murder trial of Larry D. Crawford has been moved to October following a request from one of his defense attorneys.
Crawford, 43, will stand trial in Webster County beginning October 1.
His trial was originally set to begin Tuesday.
He’s accused of assaulting his ex-wife, Jolene Crawford, 39, in their Fort Dodge home at 339 Loomis Ave. on March 2.
Jolene Crawford was last reported to be in critical condition as of mid-March. Hospital officials are unable to release her condition following a request from Crawford’s family.
Larry Crawford is being held in the Webster County Jail on $1 million bond.
