INOLA, Okla. – Christina “Christi,” Faith Rosalez, 49, of Inola, OK, formerly of the Fort Dodge area, passed away Saturday, April 13, 2013 at O U Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK. A Celebration of Life Memorial will be held at the Sacred Heart Church in Fort Dodge on April 27, 2013 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM.

Christina, daughter of Louis Rosalez and Bev Gutermuth, was born November 24, 1963 in Fort Dodge. She received her education in the Fort Dodge and Gowrie schools, and later took classes at Iowa Central Community College. In the early 90’s she moved to Oklahoma where she was a stay at home mom. She loved spending time with her children, family, and friends, as well as working on her small acreage. Christi loved the outdoors, caring for her many animals, especially her dogs, fishing and doing taxidermy work. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile, positive outlook on life, and her caring nature for everyone in her life.

Christina is survived by her twin daughters Tina Murray of Tulsa, OK, Tanya Murray of Inola, OK, and her son , Justin Murray of Sacramento, CA; parents Louis Rosalez of Fort Dodge, IA and Bev Gutermuth of Davis City, IA; sisters, Deborah, “Debbi” (Keith) Hess of Memphis, MO; Theresa, “Terri” (Al) Bass of Fort Dodge; Brenda (Bill) Thorp of Jefferson, IA; brothers, Louie (Missy) Rosalez of Farley, IA; and Monty Rosalez of Gowrie, IA; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and her beloved pets.

Christina was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents, and nephew Kelly Joe Nissen.
