ROCKWELL CITY – Jennifer M. Hepp 34, passed away Friday, Jan. 4, 2013 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, Des Moines, from her battle with cancer. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, Jan. 7, at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Rockwell City, with Pastor James Mossman officiating. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the Palmer & Swank Funeral Home, Rockwell City. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.

Jenny is survived by her parents, Allyn and Pixie Hepp of Rockwell City; step-father, Garland “Spike” Casey of Jolley; brothers, Dean Hepp of Rockwell City and James Hepp of Maryville, MO; grandparents, Dale Heim, and Ronald and Marjorie Hepp, all of Rockwell City; nieces, Kristi, Stephanie, Kylie, Taylor, and Jordan; and grand-niece Aubree. She was preceded in death by her mother Cynthia Heim Casey; and grandparents, Alice Heim, and Leo and Dolores Hanlon.

Jennifer Marie Hepp was born April 19, 1978 at Lake City. She graduated from Rockwell City/Lytton High School, with the Class of 1996, and attended Iowa Central Community College. Jenny worked in retail sales for most of her life, including Foot Locker and Target. She also had worked as a cook at the Coral Reef. At the time of her death, she was manager of the Dollar General in Rockwell City. Jenny was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
